A recognized expert in the field, Beti has set an example of what can be accomplished through hard work, determination and a measure of calculated risk. Through her enthusiasm and perseverance, Beti has helped open doors for women in a male-dominated field. After upgrading to B747 freighter and growing the company into profitability she sold it in 1998. In 2000 she founded Pacific Air Cargo which flies five B747F flights per week between Honolulu and Los Angeles with connecting services to all the Hawaiian Islands. In 2008 Beti purchased Aloha Contract Services which today is Hawaii’s premier ground handling company employing nearly 500 people throughout the islands.
