ACS’ Guest Services Team (GST) members perform a very important role on behalf of our customer airlines as they are, in effect, the ‘face of the airline’ and are often the first personal contact a guest has with that airline. A GST’s responsibilities are varied and interesting and include welcoming and reassuring the guests, checking-in the guests and their baggage,  assisting with any special needs, ensuring that only qualified guests occupy emergency exit row seats and generally responding to any questions or requests the guests may have in relation to their flight. A GST is not only the face of the customer airline but also a front-line ambassador for Aloha Contract Services.
